Welcome back to a new blog! Hopefully you have had a great start to the New Year! I thought I would start back with a beauty trials blog post as they are always fun to do! I love trying new products, especially after Christmas when the goodies are in my beauty drawers from advent and actual Christmas. Let’s see what I picked out to try this month…
Votary Super Seed Serum
This was from my 2020 advent calendar, and I was saving to use it and I thought I might as well treat myself now! It was such an incredible value item for the beauty advent calendar, so I wanted to see what all the hype was about. This natural serum is meant to be great for soothing sensitive skin and hydrates and nourishes. I have been using it and it is lovely! It has a strange scent to it, but the texture is just divine! Such a lovely treat!
Pure Night Cream
I love the Pure range from Marks and Spencer. It is from a gentle natural product range and the price is also so affordable. So far, I am impressed as the texture is just lovely on the skin. It is a bit like putty in consistency and really helps the skin in this cold weather, which is making my skin so dry. I would recommend and would repurchase for an affordable skincare option.
Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream
This face cream was another 2020 advent calendar item that I had been saving. It is a very premium product used by celebrities and so I was interested to know why. It is just a dream. From the stunning packaging to the actual product. You don’t need too much of it and it just makes the skin feel instantly looked after. I’m not sure if I would buy this full price but it is nice in an advent calendar as a treat when they can put in a few luxury items in there for a lower price!
Rituals The Ritual Of Ayurveda Shower Foam
I love this shower foam, and this was a little one I bought myself. The scent is out of this world and Rituals is such a lovely brand. If you want a complete pamper, this is your brand. They even sell pyjamas (which I treated myself to in the sales) and they are so soft!
Balance Me BHA Exfoliating Concentrate
This leave on formula is meant to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells. My sister gave this to me, and I am looking forward to trying this! It looks gentle, and you are meant to leave it on and continue with your skincare. So, I am guessing it will work its magic over time.
