I love trying new beauty items! I had started some new ones recently, so I thought it would be great to share them. I hope you enjoy delving into my skincare cupboard!
Marks & Spencer Balance Apothecary Body Wash
This shower gel is a dream. It is fragranced with guaiac wood, geranium, black pepper and cinnamon leaf. The bottle is sleek and stunningly simple. I think this looks beautiful in my bathroom. It was a birthday present and I love the scent of it. It is quite a great unisex product too. The price is not too bad for a luxury shower gel and it bubbles up really nicely. I would definitely recommend this! I also have sensitive skin and it is worth noting that this does not flare up my skin! Amazing!
The Body Shop Banana Hair Mask
I bought this hair mask for my incredibly dry hair. I guess London life living in a hot environment takes its toll on your hair and my hair is in definite need of a treat at the moment. This hair mask is so affordable and yet it is dreamy at the same time! So much better than many expensive hair masks I have used, and The Body Shop is just an amazing company to support.
L’Occitane Terre De Lumiere Body Milk
This mini body milk was a present from a friend and it is lovely! It smells amazing and what I love is the silky texture it leaves the skin in. I love the shimmer it leaves also! So pretty on the skin!
Neal’s Yard Frankincense Nourishing Cream
I recently bought a new night face cream from Neal’s Yard. It is lovely and rich and perfect for my sensitive and dry skin. I love the scent too. Neal’s Yard products are just so luxurious and not overly expensive for the quality. I love the use of natural ingredients also.
Sukin Original Hydrating Mist Toner
Sukin is a brand that I adore. Their hand cream is my favourite as it is soothing and also uses natural ingredients. I can always rely on Sukin to suit my sensitive skin also. This toner is so affordable and yet I think I actually prefer it to the Caudalie face mist. One thing is the spray is not as dispersed widely when used but I love it all the same.
Wow You! Super Serum Blueberry & Rosehip
I purchased this serum from Oliver Bonas, and it is dreamy. I love the unusual use of blueberry in the ingredients. It is natural and vegan so a big tick there! The main ingredients in this include blueberry (great for antibacterial properties to fight blemishes), rosehip (helps to reduce scarring and evens skin tone), green tea (defends against pollution and inflammation) and vitamin C (brightens the skin and fades scarring). I just love how fruity the smell is and although slightly sticky, I love this so much!
