Green People Aloe Vera Prebiotics Deodorant
There are so many deodorants that contain aluminium and putting that straight into my pores does not sound appealing. I have been using this natural deodorant for a few years now and it has a really lovely fresh scent. It is a roll-on deodorant and has Sandalwood and Chamomile notes to it. The prebiotics help to prevent odour causing bacteria. I also love the soothing Aloe Vera and Shea Butter in the formula, as well as the antioxidant rich Rosemary. This deodorant contains no parabens and many other nasties. It is also suitable for people with eczema and psoriasis.
Palmer’s Coconut Oil Hand Cream
Palmer’s is another great brand, as it ethically sources natural ingredients for its products. There are none of parabens, phthalates, sulphates, and dyes in this formula. The product itself smells incredible, is creamy, sinks into the skin really quickly, and makes your hands feel super soft. I also love the price, as it is super affordable.
Burt’s Bees Almond & Milk Hand Cream
For a more intensive hand cream when I go to bed, I use this Burt’s Bees Almond & Milk Hand Cream. It is great for the winter as hands can get so battered from the cold. I find the thick consistency so comforting on my hands. You really don’t need too much either. Although it is not super greasy, I do find spreading it thinly helps.
Neal’s Yard Organic Defence Hand Spray
For a more luxurious antibacterial spray, this Neal’s Yard spray is heavenly. It is formulated from natural ingredients and the pure essential oils and witch hazel help purify the hands. This helps fight against germs and viruses. I’m a big fan of this more natural hand spray. The smell is like a spa and sometimes I spray it just to breathe in the calm aroma.
