Summer is the time of refreshing beauty products and I have some exciting ones to trial this month. I always collect things I buy and save them up to trial. Hunting through my draws to see what to investigate each month is so fun and it makes me appreciate what I already have, instead of forgetting about things. So, let’s find out what I found this month to trial…
Bare Minerals Brilliant Future Eye Cream
I do love a good eye cream and let’s face it I’m not getting any younger now that I am into my 30’s… I want to look as best as I can when I get married and I think investing in a good eye cream is worth it for this! You only have one face after all! I did however get this reduced, so I saved a little bit on full price which is a plus too! Big tip is to wait until something is on offer if it is a little pricey. Bare Minerals is such a lovely brand and this eye cream looks stunning. Not only is the packaging itself gorgeous but the product sounds divine. It is formulated with botanical extracts and claims to reduce the look of fine lines dark circles and puffiness. I can’t wait to try it!
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair
I received this mini size serum for Christmas, and I have still yet to use it due to the fact I was saving it. This product is so highly rated as an extra step to your skincare routine. I’m going to use it at night and I’m hoping to wake up with smoother and more radiant skin as it claims. I’m just so excited to try this as it is such a luxury product!
Zoella Beauty Peach Body Sorbet
Summer screams fresh fruit to me and having a peach scented body lotion for the warm months ahead sounds perfect. I’ve tried Zoella Beauty products before, and I do find they are great quality. They sink into the skin really well and the formula always seems to be amazing. This product is giving me summer holiday vibes!
Hyasoft Instant Moisture Boost
This product is from The Hero Project brand and I received it in my 2018 Christmas M&S Advent Calendar that I treated myself too. I’ve never heard of this brand before, but it has amazing reviews online. It is an extra hydrating step before moisturiser, and I find my skin needs extra pampering during the summer months. This product is free from parabens, sulphates, alcohol and mineral oil. Another massive plus is that it is also vegan friendly.
The Body Shop Carrot Wash Face Cleanser
When I saw this face cleanser in The Body Shop, I was intrigued by the fact it uses wonky carrots! This is so exciting that brands are becoming more sustainable in their use of ingredients that would not have necessarily been sold otherwise. I have high hopes for this product and it just sounds so exciting! It is also vegan and enriched with 93% of ingredients of natural origin.
The Body Shop Almond Milk & Honey Shower Cream
The almond milk range from The Body Shop is divine and I do love a good shower gel so I’m hoping this is amazing! It’s aimed at sensitive and dry skin (tick, tick) and the creamy consistency is perfect for adding a little more luxury to the day.
