What’s In My Makeup Bag...

I love to know what makeup people use, especially on an everyday basis. I store my makeup in one drawer, but I like to keep my most regular used items in my makeup bag for quick access. It is also great for travelling as I can literally just grab and go. Have you ever wondered what was in my makeup bag? Well, look no further as I reveal all below…

Scissors and Tweezers

It’s always useful to have a pair of mini scissors and tweezers at hand. Who knows when you might need to chop the label off something or sort out those brows!

Tea Tree Witch Hazel Concealer

Whenever I get a really bad spot, I find this tea tree concealer sorts it out! I would highly recommend getting one of these and it lasts me ages!

YSL Mini Eyeshadow

This eyeshadow is great, especially for overnight stays as there is a cute little brush included. It’s so travel friendly and one neutral eyeshadow is all you need on an everyday basis.

Mini Suncare lotion

I always wear SPF on my face every day and this travel sized one is so handy. It is also great for both UVA and UVB rays. Suncare lotion is so important for protecting your skin but also from reducing the ageing process.

Eyeshadow Primer

This is so good at making sure your eyeshadow stays put and makes it last longer.

Brow Powder

When I want a more defined brow, I use this at the edges of my brow and fill in the inner parts using a brow gel for a less harsh effect. Using a brow powder helps get that extra shape to your brow and helps frame your face.

Brow Gels

I love to use brow gels to help add more colour to my brows and also set them into place. These are the two I had in my makeup bag.

Brow Conditioning Primer

Now I don’t use this all the time but when I want to give my brows a little treat, I use this on them. It just feels so soothing and helps make them feel more looked after.

Tinted Moisturiser

I tend to just apply a tinted moisturiser as my everyday base for makeup and find it looks more natural and feels more lightweight than foundation.

Lip Balm With SPF

I love having a little lip balm and this one has SPF so I’m happy that it is also protecting my lips from the sun (although it probably gets washed off from all the water I drink…).
