It’s been a while since I did a “Brunch Diaries” blog on here so I thought it was about time for another one! I love to eat healthily but sometimes I just want to go somewhere cosy and a little bit on the indulgent side. Roll up Gail’s Bakery. Gail’s is a chain based around London and they are purely the yummiest bakery I’ve come across. Their bread is incredible, and the cakes are always melt in the mouth. Have a browse on their website if you want to feel hungry! My favourite treat is their chocolate almond croissant – it’s as yummy as it sounds.
When we went for brunch recently we had the Blueberry & Buttermilk Pancakes and the Brioche French Toast. They were both delicious! I have also ordered online from them before and created my own little “Breakfast Hamper” filling my order with lots of selected treats I’d chosen from their website. This is a great special occasion idea and I thoroughly recommend it!
