It feels like ages since I talked about favourites, but it was only December! I guess Blogmas meant writing more blog posts than usual and writing less in January seems like it feels more distant. I do however have some great things to talk about, so I’ll get started!
Beauty…
Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum
I have been loving a sample sized version of the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum as it is so gentle and sinks into my skin quickly. It claims to even out skin tone and correct dark spots. My skin has felt amazing using this and nice and hydrated. I have sensitive skin and my skin seems to like it.
Fashion…
It might appear as no surprise that this watch is included in my favourites. I bought this just before Christmas and the cool grey and rose gold colouring is perfect for any outfit of the day.
I have always lusted after the pieces from Astrid & Miyu. Lots of bloggers feature their jewellery and it is no surprise why as the elegant designs make an outfit sing. I love how delicate yet special my rose gold necklace and earrings are, and I love wearing them with almost any outfit!
Lifestyle…
Kikki.K My Daily Thoughts Journal
I have recently been into mindfulness and this Daily Thoughts Journal by Kikki.K is so wonderful. It makes me appreciate things that have happened during the day and allows me to take a moment to reflect on the day. I would highly recommend this if you are into gratitude. Kikki.K stationery is so beautiful, and I love using my book.
Food…
Bluebird Tea Co. Dark Chocolate Chilli Chai Tea
Bluebird Tea Company is just such a lovely brand. The brand is based in Brighton and the tea flavours are original and amazing! The Dark Chocolate Chilli Chai packs a punch and is one of my favourite more luxurious teas.
I teach violin and sometimes when you have back to back teaching there aint no time for food! I literally rely on cereal bars and milkshakes to get me through! Rebel Kitchen drinks are my favourite! I absolutely love both the chocolate and chai flavours. I didn’t realise until recently that the chai drink contains turmeric which has so many health benefits! These drinks only contain natural ingredients too, so you won’t get the refined sugar energy slump!
Oloves Lemon & Rosemary Olives
Although I eat pretty healthily, I want to try and find more savoury snacks as my dentist always tells me that fruit is bad for my teeth as it contains sugars. Whilst I won’t stop eating fruit because it is so good for me, I have been loving olives lately. Oloves do such cute little pouches of olives and olives are so low in sugar!
Eat Natural Crunchy Nut Bar Protein Packed
These protein packed cereal bars from Eat Natural are just what I need after a demanding teaching session. They give me that energy boost I require! I love the flavour of this one particularly.
I hope you enjoyed reading my January Favourites. What have you been enjoying this month?
