Sometimes cooking dinner can get a little laborious. The ease of cooking dishes in your repertoire can seem repetitive and so that is where a recipe subscription box can give you some new and exciting ideas. For me, HelloFresh is such a great way of discovering new meals that I would not have thought of and the hassle of sourcing all the ingredients is taken away from me via delivery.
HelloFresh is such a lovely food delivery service and from experience of using them, I have been impressed with the flavour, vibrancy and colour from their dishes. How it works is they send you ingredients and recipe cards for a set number of dishes they have developed. I always prefer to go for the vegetarian menu as finding some inventive vegetarian meals is so exciting! With recipe developers including the likes of Jamie Oliver, you know you have confidence in what you are going to receive. You can also pause/cancel your boxes so you don’t have to get it every week.
Recently I tried the following box:
Coconut Caribbean Soup with Home Baked Tortilla Chips
Spiced Cauliflower and Courgettes with Yellow Rice, Pistachios and Coriander
Harissa Halloumi with Pomegranate Tabbouleh
All recipes were stunning and packed full of flavour! I definitely recommend you trying them out. There is normally a voucher code offer for your first box and this is a great way to try them out!
